By applying for a loan with Beehive Loans, you agree to the following terms regarding electronic communications.
1. Email is Our Primary and Required Method of Communication
Beehive Loans is an online-only lender. All official communications, including loan documents, agreements, disclosures, notices, repayment schedules, and account updates, will be sent exclusively by email to the address you provide in your application.
- You represent and warrant that the email address you provide is accurate, valid, and under
your control. - It is your responsibility to maintain a current, working email address and to regularly
check your inbox (including spam/junk folders). - Emails sent to the address on file are legally considered delivered when sent, whether or
not you actually open or read them. - Providing and maintaining a valid email address is a condition of receiving and servicing
your loan. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your application or loan.
2) E-SIGN Consent
By submitting your loan application, you consent to receive all disclosures, agreements, notices, and documents electronically. You agree that your electronic signature (including checking a box or typing your name) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Requirements:
- An internet-enabled device and current web browser
- Access to a valid email account
- Ability to open, download, and store PDF or HTML documents
We do not provide paper copies. You are responsible for printing or saving any documents you wish to keep for your records.
Withdrawal of Consent:
If you withdraw your consent to electronic communications, we will be unable to process or
service your loan, and your application or loan may be canceled.
3) Text Messaging (Optional)
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages and calls from Beehive Loans for any purpose related to your loan, including:
- Application status updates
- Verification and security prompts
- Payment reminders and account alerts
- Collection activity
- Servicing and administrative notices
- Marketing and promotional messages (only if you separately opt in)
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to opt out of text messages. Opting out of texts does not affect our right to contact you by email or phone, as email remains the official method of communication.
We are not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered text messages due to carrier issues or
your phone settings.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You must keep all contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address)
accurate and up to date. - You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your email or phone number.
- Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed communications,
late fees, collection activity, or other consequences under your loan agreement.
5. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
