1) Email Is the Primary and Required Method of Communication
Beehive Loans conducts all lending activity online. By applying for a loan, you agree that:
- All required loan documents, legal disclosures, repayment schedules, notices, and updates will be delivered only by email to the address you provide.
- Providing and maintaining a valid email address is a condition of receiving a loan.
- If you withdraw your consent to electronic delivery or fail to maintain a working email, we cannot provide or service your loan.
- Emails we send to the address on file are considered legally delivered when sent, whether or not you open or read them.
- It is your responsibility to check your email regularly and ensure Beehive Loans is not blocked by spam filters.
2) E-SIGN Consent
By submitting an application, you consent to receive all disclosures, agreements, and notices electronically. You acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature including clicking a checkbox or typing your name has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
Hardware/Software Requirements:
- Internet-enabled device and modern browser
- An active email account
- Ability to open, read and store PDF/HTML documents
No Paper Copies:
Beehive Loans conducts all lending activities online. We do not provide paper copies of
agreements, disclosures, or notices. If you want a paper record for your files, you may download, print, or save electronic copies delivered to your email.
Withdrawal of Consent:
If you withdraw your consent to electronic delivery, we cannot process or service your loan, and your application will be canceled.
3) Text Messaging (Optional)
By providing your mobile number, you may receive optional text messages such as: ● Application status updates
- Payment reminders
- Account verification or security prompts
Important:
- Text messages are a convenience only and are not legally required notices. All required notices will still be delivered by email.
- Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP/END/CANCEL/QUIT to opt out. Opting out of texts will not affect your loan, since email is the official channel.
- Marketing texts will only be sent if you separately opt in. You are not required to consent to marketing in order to apply for or receive a loan.
- We are not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered text messages.
4) Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
